Pite Perez

Three contemporary choreographers lead the dancers of the Paris Opera towards a new form of modernity where bodies are transfigured with vital intensity. The Canadian-born Crystal Pite is back with The Seasons’ Canon, a stunning work that drew audiences to the Palais Garnier last season; the Spanish choreographer Iván Pérez makes his debut on the Paris Opera stage with a creation for ten male dancers. To conclude the evening, the Israeli Hofesh Shechter, a choreographer regularly acclaimed for his elemental, trance like dances, offers a new version of his piece The Art of Not Looking Back.
